BY THE PROJECT

Please contact me directly to discuss your budget and expectations. Projects are billed 50% upfront and 50% upon completion. For projects over 10k, we can bill in thirds.

BY RETAINER

Clients needing attention consistently over a period of time will use this option. Also a good choice for start-up companies who need day-to-day advisement, questions answered, and fires put out. Price quotes will be given upon receipt of RFP. Costs may differ depending on the length of contract.

HOURLY RATES: (normal business hours)

 

Online Consulting | $150 hr. (Cell, IM, Email)

On-Site Consulting | $200 hr. (on location) +50 an hour for out-of-state

User Interface Design | $200 hr.

Flash Design/Development | $250 hr.

Print Design | $200 hr

Project Management | $125 hr.

Photography | $150 hr.

Illustration | $150 hr.

RUSH:


I need it now!: (within a 3 business day turnaround, also considered “rush”) - add $50 to hourly rate

Example: Client calls needing a new illustration for an article thats due in 24 hours. If I have to put in 8 hours broken over two days, those job hours are billed as rush.

Cost breakdown: Illustration Fee(150)+rush(50)=$200pr.hr. x 8hrs=$1600.00 

After Hours: (Billable hours on scheduled days spanning longer that 8 hours in one day) - add $25

Example: Client calls needing a new illustration for an article thats due in 24 hours. If I have to put in 18 hours broken over two days, those job hours are billed as rush+After hours. So that would be 16 hours billed at “rush” and 2 hours at “After Hours” rates.

Cost breakdown: Illustration Fee(150)+rush(50)+after hours(25)=$225pr.hr. x 16hrs=$3600.00

You need it now, and your working “after hours” too!: (within 3 business days, and after hours) - add $100 to hours considered “after hours”
